1.Set yourself to loose only half to 1 kg per week.More than that is


not advisable.

2.Have plenty of sleep.Sleep is a must,for burning calories and fat.

By failing to have atleast 7 hrs ofsleep will reduce the bodys ability


to burn fat,and slow down weight loss process.

3.Daily maintain a record of intaking the food.It motivates you to


maintain, proper amount of vitamins and minerals in your food,n to know


from where the extra calories are comming from.

4.It helps a proper energy balance,of consuming of calories and the


amount of calories that are spent.

5.Try to adapt the plan dailyaccording to your life style and taste.

These weight tipsicollected from my friends who are

weight loss trainers.Iwant to share them with all.

Obesity:

1.Aperson should compulsorily take the break fast.

As all of us know that it is a breaking ofthe fast of

a long intervel from night 10 pm to morn 9 am,a

intervel of 10 to 11 hrs.

2.Bakery foods are to be avoided.Cornflakes with milk

can be taken,or else sprouts or fresh fruit or veg-

can be taken in the form of salaads.

3.Wake up early and do the household work.

4.Fruits like water melon,papaya,pomogranate,apple,

are to be eaten directly.In order not to loose fibre.

5.If at all fruit juices are required fresh fruit juice

without sugar& added colours should be taken.

6.Surya Namaskaras can be done by breathe techniques.

7.Vajra asan can be done after meals,

8.Ragi java(liquid meal prepared by oats).

9.Say No or Less to cooking oils ,masalas,

and cool drinks.

10.Say No to sugar,sweets,oily snacks.Instead of them

take Atukulu(rice flakes)with milk or curds.

11.Daily have 1sp aloevera gel,honey,lemonjuice with

luke warm water.
